Wow, the Easter Bunny grew a lot in just one year!

Well, this post is a bit late but I still wanted to write about it anyway. On Easter morning we woke up to baskets from the Easter Bunny. This the first time Owen has been curious about a holiday. He crawled straight for the basket to inspect what was inside.




He liked this walking chicken Grandma Dayton found for him. He was too fast for that chicken though, it never got very far before Owen caught up with it again.



There is a board book called Owen's Marshmellow Chick. We already owned the book but Ryan insisted that we had to get Owen some yellow peeps in the shape of chicks. I think it was more so Ryan could eat them all;)


And Owen got a fun water bottle too! He thought it was hilarious, we don't know why.



And during Conference Owen and Daddy had a little snuggle.


After conference we went to Ryan's Grandma's for dinner. Notice Owen didn't wear his bunny outfit. He wore his Sunday Easter Outfit. When we came back home, Owen had a Easter Egg hunt and thouroughly enjoyed it. He loved finding the egg, opening it, spilling the contents out, and then moving on to the next one.







We had a wonderful Easter this year and are so grateful to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are so blessed by his atonement and feel it in our lives everyday.
